OEM Parts and Factory-Certified Technicians

Founded in 1991, Passport Auto Group has expanded to include nine dealerships and more than half a dozen brands, including Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, BMW, MINI, and Infiniti. Each of these dealerships employs service technicians who are factory trained for the brand they work on and use guaranteed OEM parts when fixing a vehicle. Passport Collision Center can call on all this expertise when you bring your car to our shop, so you know you’ll be in good hands.

On top of that, we also have collision certifications from Toyota, MINI, Nissan, and Infiniti, and we’re also a BMW-certified body shop. The requirements for these certifications are slightly different in each case, but they’re always stiff. They include more than 100 hours of training for each technician, evaluations overseen by the company’s engineers, and a requirement to only use the latest company-approved tools and instruments. Even if we aren’t certified for your vehicle’s brand, you can be certain our professional mechanics will still be able to get your vehicle back on the road.
